Does CRScube provide 24/7 customer support?
We provide level 2 and level 3 support, as the front-line support is provided by the sponsor’s or CRO’s team. As such, our support requirements are 24/5, matching the trial team’s working availability.
We use Zendesk to manage support queries. Our helpdesk team consistently reply to queries in less than 24 hours on weekdays. Our resolution time is often less than 24 hours too.
With using AWS cloud services, our uptime is over 99.99%.

Can CRScube solutions be used on mobile devices?
Yes, our solutions can be used on any mobile devices.
cubeCONSENT, cubePRO and cubeDDC are purposely built for mobile devices, to match our users’ preferences. Other solutions can be accessed through mobile devices if they are connected to the internet. Our recommendation is to use tablet devices, as some functionalities may not be optimal for mobile phones.
Do I need an installation procedure to use CRScube's solutions?
No, all our solutions are web services that do not require installation. They are accessible with an internet connection.
Do you provide support for external audits?
Yes, we support our clients during external audits, mostly when there are system-related questions. Our clients can answer all the questions focused on study-specific system configuration, as they are responsible for the study setup.
